Declare all ingredients used in your product. Select ingredients from the ACE Ingredient Reference Database whenever possible.

You can submit the ingredient for review.
You are declaring what your organisation holds today. ACE records your declaration exactly as you submit it. The national authority is responsible for reviewing it — not ACE.
Declaration. You state what you hold — an authorisation, a notification, a licence, an ABS certificate, a customs registration, or a pending application.
Verification. The competent national authority will later review your declaration through their own dashboard. They may verify it, request correction, or reject it.
Approval. Only the competent authority can approve a regulatory activity. ACE records their decision when it is made. ACE does not grant, verify, or approve regulatory authorisations.
The following documents are required for every registration: business registration, national authorisation or notification, product label, and product safety or product information document. Files are stored privately.
I confirm that all information and documents I have submitted are accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that this information is binding and may be used for verification, customs, and buyer due diligence. I understand that submitting false information may result in suspension or removal of my registration.
Your payment was successful and your documents have been received. A Government Inspector will review your application shortly.
