ACE Health Services is a digital facilitation and compliance platform for IGAD member states. Every provider holds a national licence from the relevant authority. ACE records the reference, verifies it, and displays it. The authority issues the licence. The licensed professional delivers the service. ACE connects and verifies. ACE is not a doctor, pharmacy, bank, courier or regulator.
