Join the ACE Service Provider Network.
ACE is a platform, not a single provider. Certified laboratories, regulatory consultants, certification bodies, training institutions and other qualified organisations can apply to join the network — and reach producers across the African free trade market.
If your organisation helps African producers meet the requirements of national or international markets, you may be eligible to join the network.
Organisations that issue certifications — organic, fair trade, ethical sourcing, deforestation-free, cosmetics, food safety. Like Ecocertification.
Accredited labs that test food safety, ingredient composition, shelf-life, contaminants, and product quality.
Local specialists who navigate national registration — EFDA, NAFDAC, SAZ, KEBS, and other authorities — plus label and import documentation.
Universities, technical colleges and training centres that deliver value-addition, food safety, and export-readiness courses.
Freight forwarders, customs brokers and cold-chain specialists who move goods across African borders.
Consultants specialising in packaging, branding, export marketing, or business development for producers and cooperatives.
Being on the ACE network puts your organisation directly in front of producers who need exactly the services you offer.
Your service is visible to producers in Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Nigeria and every market the ACE platform serves.
ACE collects payment from the client and remits it to you. No chasing invoices, no cross-border payment friction.
Approved providers receive an ACE-verified badge, listed on the Service Provider Network page.
One application covers everything. No repeated paperwork for each country or each client.
Your services are presented as part of the infrastructure that supports the African free trade framework.
ACE includes you in producer outreach, training programmes, and cross-border trade missions.

Common questions from prospective service providers.
No application fee, and no membership fee. ACE is free to join for qualified providers. ACE earns by collecting and remitting client payments — a small service fee is agreed with each provider on a case-by-case basis.
The ACE team reviews each application against the network's criteria: legal standing, relevant accreditations, geographic coverage, and service capability. There is no automated approval.
Three things: (1) legal registration in an African country (or a track record of working in Africa), (2) relevant accreditations or certifications for your service type, and (3) a demonstrated track record of serving producers or businesses in your sector.
Typically 7–10 working days for the initial review. If additional documents are needed, the process may take longer. Once approved, listings go live within 5 working days.
Yes — if your organisation has a demonstrated track record of delivering services to African producers. Ecocertification is based in Ethiopia; other providers on the network may be European or international firms with African operations.
Yes. You set your own fee structure and commercial terms. ACE displays them transparently to producers so they can compare providers on the network.
When a producer books a service through ACE, they pay ACE (via SantimPay, Chapa, or bank transfer). ACE holds the funds until service delivery is confirmed, then remits to you, less a small service fee. For higher-value services, we can also work on direct-billing terms.
Yes. Providers can be removed for repeated poor service delivery, loss of required accreditation, or violation of ACE's terms. Removal is confirmed in writing with 30 days' notice, except in cases of serious misconduct.
